My father received his dentures from this clinic, and our family couldn't be happier with the experience. After a lifelong severe fear of any dentist, I finally had no choice but to have my teeth removed and replaced. I was more than a nervous wreck. I came to Beautiful Smiles in Bothell. The office works like a professional TEAM. Teamwork in a medical office makes a huge difference for the patient. They have the lab on site which not only makes it more convenient but you also get the denturist working in sync with the doctor. This has all made what I expected to be the worst experience of my life. To such a blessing. My whole health has greatly improved. Thank you so much Beautiful Smiles ❤️

The entire staff at Beautiful Smiles is beyond amazing and wonderful. They are caring, thoughtful, understanding, and have upbeat attitudes. Michael is one of the best, most caring professionals I have ever had to interact with, and that is saying a lot. I would highly recommend going here if you need a denturist. The front office staff are wonderful and kind as well. If you need dentures, this is THE place to go.

I had been thinking for many years about getting dental implants. I finally got the courage to start making inquiries. When I went to beautiful smiles to talk to them I made that decision on the spot. I’m going to get this done. I put all my fears aside and put them in the hands of Michael, Dr. Lee , Alexi and everyone at beautiful smiles. This was the best decision I ever made for myself. Going to the dentist can be scary and cause anxiety, especially if your going in for dentures. But Michael and his team provide a calm and relaxed environment. Michael is very caring and Intentive to his patients needs. I highly recommend Michael and his team for any of your dental needs.

We had a set of denture made for my grandma at this office last year. The staff and denturist were kind, and we appreciated how welcoming they were. However, after getting the denture, she faced difficulties with it. It was loose, and food particles kept falling on her upper denture. We were informed that this was due to bone loss, and an implant would be the best solution to fix the looseness. After seeking a second opinion elsewhere, we were told that the bite had not been measured correctly, which was likely the reason for the poor fit. Consequently, we ended up needing a completely new set of dentures. It was disappointing to have to replace them so soon. We hope more attention is given to bite measurements for future patients to prevent similar issues.
